Remind me how to get rid of a milk blister please?

In agony. Ds only feeds at night.

only thing that worked for me was to sterilise a needle (over a flame or in boiling water) and gently scrape the blister off. Be VERY CAREFUL and do NOT stab at it

Any other suggestion? I tried to pierce the blister but am too chicken
