Getting enough milk?

General opinions please! My DS is coming up for 9 months. Is an early morning (6am ish) and bedtime (6.30pm) bf with x1 formula feed in the day enough milk for a baby of his age? He is also on 3 reasonable solid meals a day.

We are also on three feeds but all are Bf and so no way of knowing how much he is getting!

This has all the info on 'complementary foods' and how much babies of different ages should have along side how much milk. There is separate guidance for developed countries and for developing countries. Page 18 has the info on amounts of food vs. amounts of milk (rough guide - 100mls of breast milk has 75kcals).
