Bfing an nausea

Does anyone have any idea why suddenly 11mo into BFing it is making me feel sick after each feed?

Doing around 4 feeds a day but expressing 1 of them at work.....

Low blood sugar?

I get that if I haven't eaten lunch before DSs midday feed.

could you be pregnant?? I'm 7 weeks pregnant, still bf DD and quite often my morning sickness all day neusea is worse after feeding her

It seems to be happening all day.....maybe I just need to eat more cake? It amazes me how often my logic ends up in the same place....

It is marginally worse on direct feeding than expressing, so maybe hormonal?
