Over supply?

Ive always EBF from alternate breasts for alternate feeds. DD (16 weeks) feeds a lot during the day.

My right breast was lumpy and hard recently so I expressed, used hit flannels and fed lying down which cleared it. However, my right breast now leaks a lot of milk if DD doesn't feed from it after two hours (she takes feeds about every two hours so there's a four hour break for each side).

Is this simply over supply?

I use breast pads but it's a pita if I forget.

Do you offer both breasts at every feed?

No. She's always satisfied with one side. When I saw a bf counsellor she said it was fine to offer alt breasts alt feeds instead of both at each feed.

She's a chubby baby on 80yh centile.
