Expressing-friendly places in Glasgow????

I have an upcoming day out in Glasgow & as it is an 'alldayer' & I'm still ebf my DS I will need to express at around 6/7ish. Its going to be generally for drinks & I'm hoping assuming that we will also be eating somewhere at some point.

Anyway unless any of you have experience of some amazing baby-change or wonderfully private rest-areas I will be in a toilet cubicle somewhere expressing at such time! Blush

John Lewis tends to have good feeding rooms. I've not been in the jl in Glasgow though so no personal experience.

Sorry, I've just re read. You were looking for bars or restaurants with a good place to express? Oops.

I don't know where would be open at 6/7 at night, like most of the big shops, John Lewis, debenhams, m&s have feeding rooms, but they would prob be shut at that time, unless it's a Thursday or Saturday. The st Enoch shopping centre will probably have a feeding room. Might be open later?

Honestly, you could probably express on a bus in Glasgow. I've seen much weirder sights Grin

Princes Square off Buchanan Street probably has the best feeding room and will be open late as it has bars and restaurants (room is at the back of Zizzi's). It's clean and has a big comfortable chair - and lockable door for privacy (the toilet is a cubicle within the room, so not in a room with a loo IYSWIM!).

John Lewis, Debenhams etc are a bit grotty TBH - JL just have a curtained area for b/f and the most uncomfortable chairs, with arms, ever!

Haha! You're right Jenny but I'd rather not join the memorable sights of Glasgow! Grin

KD and Teuchter those are great tips, especially Princes Square which could do for somewhere to eat as well! I'm sure friends will be understanding of my situation as some are mums too so I'll be steering them in that direction come pumping time! Wink

Thanks all! Mumsnet to the rescue again!

Princes square is definitely a good place to find somewhere nice to eat, so I think that's sounding like your best bet. My experience is pre DC so no idea they even had a feeding room!
