stopping BF

hi, my little girl is 10 months and BF. i want to stop due to work but she just wont take a bottle or cup expressed or formula. any advice greatly received xx

I was in the same situation as you. I got my dd down to three feeds (morning, mid afternoon, and bedtime) by 10 months, then quite quickly dropped the mid afternoon feed followed by the morning feed. She was fine. I replaced the feeds with snacks (normally some juicy fruit as she couldn't even be persuaded to drink water at first).
