I have nipple/breast thrush which I'm attempting to throw the kitchen sink at. I'm on meds from the doctor but nothing's happening quickly so I'm trying the other things too. The grapefruit seed extract liquid didn't have great instructions besides plenty of warnings that it's highly concentrated and mustn't be used neat.
Suggestions of what others did (esp if it worked!) would be most welcome. I've got the tablets too so I'm guessing I'd use the liquid topically?
