Colief! help!

Just started my 8 weeks old son on colief and it seems to be doing the trick for his poor colic!
I wanted to know if even though the instructions say i can only store pre made bottles for a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 12 wether it would be dangerous to store bottles longer or give them sooner than 4 hours?

any help or advice would be great x

Have no idea why it says store a bottle for a minimum of 4 hours, is that in the colief instructions?

yeah the instructions say to add 2 drops while warm then put in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours its only been 3 and hes hungry and not sure how safe it is x

Really not sure on that one sorry Roxanne, is there a helpline number on the box or instructions?

When our DS and DN both had colic we used Dentinox, don't know if its the same instructions as we bf DS but DN was ff and it worked a treat for both.

Just bumping for you in case anyone else knows Smile

It will be safe to use - if bf you give the drops straight to the baby (read the bf instructions with the Colief) - but the enzyme (lactase) wont have had time to digest all the sugar (lactose) in the milk and therefore it will be less effective.
