3 week old and night sleep

My ds2 is 3 weeks old. We have been having big problems with reflux since a few days old. The last few days have been much better as started on meds. Ds is EBF and feeding great on demand during the day and classic cluster feeding 7-9pm. The last 3 nights he has gone long stretches overnight, first 5-6 hrs but tonight he has gone 8hrs. He has had good weight gain despite his reflux so already 1.5 lbs over birth weight.

Can I really leave him that long overnight? Ds1 was feeding hourly at this age so I'm not sure what to do.

mooj 8 hours does seem like a very long stretch for a 3 week old. What does HV advise you to do?
It may just be a phase and he may need more frequent feeding soon. I would check with HCP and in the mean time wake after 6 hours if does that again.
