periods back at 10 weeks

My last daughter i didnt get my periods back before gettign prregnant again at 9 months, although i did have a day of spotting, i cant remember when!.
Yetsreday i had odd stomach cramping, seemed high in my stomach and today i have spotting which seems to be turning into a period.
Its got me oddly panicky. did anyone else get their period back this early. I am EBF on demand but she is really efficient and her feeds are short (maybe 5mins each side) whereas my last daughter was feeding forever at this age (closer to 30 mins)

just looking for reassurance!

I'm really interested to hear what others have experienced on this as my period came back last week at about 9.5 weeks post-baby. I am also EBF and have a quick and efficient feeder on my hands!

yes, mine came back at 6 weeks post partum with ds1, 8 weeks with ds2 (gutted as he was feeding every 45 mins day and night!!!) and 12 weeks with ds3

Yep, got mine back when DD1 was 9wo, despite BF on cue day and night and co-sleeping. GP said I was just unlucky

I thought the same was going to happen with DD2 but I had one period when she was about 8 wo and then nothing for months. You can sometimes have a period without ovulating, I forget what it's called.

5 weeks with both DCs, both ebf on demand. I was most pissed off!!!
