overactive boob?

deligted to report that breastfeeding my first has gone swimmingly despite my fears about not being able to get it right! I only have one issue - one boob seems way more productive than the other, and the gap between them seems to be growing, giving me a noticeably huge boob! I've been scrupulous about alternating evenly but that's slipping now as I seek to relieve the pressure in the active one - it actually SPRAYS milk everywhere sometimes....

I'm worried I'm going to end up with a massive spraying boob and a dry saggy one Grin is this normal??

During pregnancy my leftie was quite leaky n the first month of bf was the most active one n seemed to have more supply. 6 weeks in now n it seems to have settled down cos they are both pretty even Smile

Well done!

I have a much better milk supply on one side than the other. I fed my DC1 more from the better side and didn't notice a difference in size after I stopped bf'ing her. Now doing the same with DC2.
