When do you stop sterilising?

DS2 is bottle fed and will be 9 months old when we go on holiday, do I still need to be sterilising his bottles then?

Thanks.

I'm not sure of the guidelines now, but I stopped sterilising bowls/cutlery etc around nine months, but did keep sterilising bottles until 12 months.

You should still sterilise bottles until 12 months, or until you stop feeding formula. Plates and cutlery etc can stop earlier but there's specific bacteria which can be present in formula which can make baby very sick and can potentially be fatal so should keep sterilising to ensure these are all out of the bottles.
