I started taking Micronor a week ago and started to get what was spotting last night but oh no, it looks like AF is now well and truly back.

DD is 20 weeks tomorrow and has during the last week started to space out her feeds a tiny bit to about every 2.5 hours during the day and I was hoping that this would keep it at bay for a while yet but no. Angry

Poor you. You don't say about how many times she feeds at night but for me it was once they cut down at night that the AF returned.

Well it's variable. Most of the time she goes down at 8pm, then might want another feed at 830, then it's about 11pm, 2am and 5am and then up at about 730am for her wake up feed.

However, last night she did 8, 830, 0130 and then 0650 so much more space out!

If its any consolation my friend has bf 4 and the longest she went without AF was 6 weeks.
