Ibruprofen

Is it safe to take while bf? Didn't even occur to me and I've taken a few high doses the last couple of days

IIRC, my midwife said ibuprofen was fine. It only comes through your bm in small amounts, but you're not to take it if you have asthma (that gets worse when it's taken) or active stomach ulcers.
So long as you have neither of these, it's not a problem. But if you're concerned, or want confirmation, give your HV/MW/GP a call tomorrow and give yourself peace of mind :)
