underwired bra?

I'm feeding my 9mo son and have a wedding in June. Can I wear an underwired bra for the day? I have a low back dress and only one bra that will work... and saggy boobs!

thanks!

Yes, just make sure that it fits you well :)

Yes the wire needs to rest on your rib cage and not on your breast tissue, as long as it fits well you should be fine.

I actualy gave up wearing nursing bra's some months ago just had enough of the poor support they give me as I'm so big. Haven't had anyproblems but I'm very carefull about fit. You can feed in a balconet style bra as long as the straps are slightly losse as I slip them down over my shoulder.

I wore wired bras all the wa through my pregnancy and breastfeeding... I am a JJ and could not even buy a nursing bra, and non wired offered no support whatsoever, so don't worry! A wired bra will be fine :)

I've started wearing the Anita underwired nursing bra. Expensive for one day but a great but if you are fed up with nursing bras generally.

Thanks guys. It's a complicated backless bra which probably doesn't fit as well as it could but the underwires definitely don't dig in. Am a bit fed up of sagging in horrible nursing bras to be honest but that won't stop me bfing!

I wore underwired all through breastfeeding - all three and a half years of it. Honestly, as long as it fits properly it will be fine.

There was no way I was putting my GGs in a non wired bra.
