Lo is 10 weeks and has just started dropping middle of the night feed, when he wakes I have a lot of milk. Yesterday went out and wasn't able to feed from 11am til about 530ish. Today left boob feels very very tender like I have been punched really hard and is a hard to the touch at the bottom. I have no fluey symptoms but bad headache Is this most likely a blocked duct and how to I stop it becoming full blown mastitis it is sooo sore!

Hot compress, hot shower (express a little out), massarge when feeding (towards the nipple)keep a eye out for achey joints, temp, red patches on your boob. Ring out of hours if you do for antibiotics Smile

Sounds like a blocked duct at the moment.
Keep a close eye on it in case you need ABs.
