Help - need milk for tomorrow *forgotten to pump*

Ok, ds is 7 months is bf on demand plus is weaning (sometimes eats, sometimes doesn't) but mostly just loves milk.
I'm going to be away from home from about 8am tomorrow till 5pm and although I've known this in advance, I've just got so used to feeding him that I had forgotten to express until this morning. Rubbish mum I know!!!
I have no supply problems at all (in fact the opposite) but realistically will probably only get about 8-12 oz today.
Basically I'm looking to know if you think this will be enough - he seems to drink very little when I'm away even though he'd happily bf every hour right now. We'll obviously have a big feed before I leave and as soon as I get home.
Can't believe I forgot to do this.

Mayby buy some ready made milk and if he run's out use that?

There's a calculator on Kellymom. It's for pre-weaned babies so your DS may need a bit less than this, especially if you are able to leave anything a bit more calorific that he likes to eat (banana? yoghurt?).

Thanks RedKites, looking at that I reckon I can get away with 12oz for that time. I'll definitely leave plenty of different foods for him. We've not tried yoghurt, but will try some this lunchtime.
I've not given ds formula so I'm not sure if he'd take it, if there are any great traumas we live minutes from a supermarket. DH will cope. (She says, trying to reassure herself!)

I think a very general guide is 1oz for every hour you're away so 12oz should be fine but I'm no expert, just bfing my own DD but read it somewhere.

possibly on kellymom
