I'm due to return to work at end of July when DD will be 7 months. It'll be up to 4 evenings a week 5-10pm so DH will have to put DD to bed. She's never had a bottle or expressed milk even but will she be old enough by then to take it from a sippy cup? I'd really like to skip her having a bottle and go straight to cup. Also, I've never expressed before but was planning to just do it by hand, when is the best time to do it? DD sleeps 11hrs at night so boobs are very full and leaky first thing, should i just express all of that from both boobs and let DD start again?
