mendela swing pump broken. any suggestions?

my pump has just stopped working. it was quite expensive so I am wondering if there is any way to fix it? it turns on for 30 seconds and then just stops..

any suggestions?

No sorry, but this might bump it for you

At the risk of the obvious is it plugged in rather than running off batteries? If not I would call the manufacturer.

Is it very old? I had the same problem at about 5 months in, the motor just died after a few seconds. DH took it back to Boots and they replaced the whole thing without quibble. Its a known problem the motor has a rep for giving out after a while.

Hi cheap if you cant get a refund or exchange on your old one then I cab highly recommend the spectra 3 from amazon. It is amazing and a great price. I have recommended it on here before and got a lovely private message thanking me for doing so as the lady found it so good.!
