Bottle to cup transfer

Any suggestions?

This is dc4 but I don't remember having this problem with dcs 1-3.

DS will not do anything with a cup you have to suck except use it as a teether. With a free flow or a lidless beaker he will only let the water dribble into his mouth before dribbling it out again, thinking it's a great game!

He is nearly 8m. Any ideas?

I had the same with ds, some babies just don't get the hang of it straight away.
I got him a trainer bottle, they have a teat that's a cross between a teat and a beaker, it was a cheap one from asda.
I found that he got the hang of that straight away as the feeling is v similar to drinking from a bottle and after a few weeks, he was able to drink from a beaker.

Great - more money spent of plastic rubbish to clutter up my kitchen! Wink

Thank you. Going on Wednesday to get my lenses. Will investigate!

Oh yes MORE plastic rubbish Grin
Get the asda "little angels" one, you won't use it for long. Was about £1.50 I think?

Oh that's not too bad. I don't mind buying the basci Tommee Tippe one either as that's dirt cheap. It was the wunderkind TT magic one I resent. £4! For a bit of plastic tat he uses as a teether!

Thank you. Will try.
