Breastfeeding, but am I ovulating??

My DD is 22 weeks and EBF.
Just today I've had weird jelly-like mucus discharge almost like when I used to ovulate (sorry if this is tmi)

Is this normal? I only stopped bleeding a couple of weeks back after being put on a pill that didn't agree but everything settled down. Also I haven't 'visibly ovulated' for several years and actually thought I was infertile til I got pg first go! I have no idea what's going on, should I be worried? Confused

you can ovulate/have periods while breastfeeding

It does sound likely that you've ovulated. Exclusively breastfeeding (with certain important caveats) can be extremely effective as contraception but only to 6 months, and you're nearly there so I would assume you've ovulated. Easiest way to find out is to wait 2 weeks and see if you get your period :)

It is completely normal to ovulate at this stage, but if you are worried then do go and get it checked out.
