Milk and bottles for a 1yo

Hope you can help.

DD will be 1 in a few days and I feel a bit unsure what to do with her milk and bottles.

I stopped BF at 10mo. She currently has 8/9 oz bottle of stage 2 milk before bed. She was also having 4/5 oz in a cup in the morning and another 4oz or so on her breakfast. In the last week she has not wanted the morning milk so effectively she is just having the bottle before bed (and the dairy foods she has).

A friend who has 2 DC has said that she should move on to "growing up" milk and they can't have cow's milk for ages. I was confused because I thought cows milk was ok as a main drink from 1yo?

So I have a few questions I was hoping you could help with:

Should I move DD onto growing up milk, keep her on the stage 2 milk she os already on or use cow's milk?
How much milk should she be having?
Should I be thinking about stopping the bedtime bottle soon and if so how?

TIA

full fat cows milk is fine from 1 year. Around 350mls (approx 12oz) is recommended from age 1.

No need for growing up milk total money spinner (unless your worried about diet at all). Full fat cows milk is fine from 12months, you should also be trying to drop bottle's as they arent' recomended past 12months as they can cause problems with teeth decay. Always bursh teeth after last bottle.

Thanks all

No worries about diet so cow's milk it is! How do you drop the bedtime bottle? Milk in a cup?

It's not bottles but I bf DD when I get home from work. Then we Bath and brush her teeth. After that it's Books and cuddles to sleep. Doing it this way means you can brush your LOs teeth after the feed.
