Boobs after breastfeeding

Hey
I am hoping to breastfeed if all goes well, this is my first baby so I'm clueless!

I just wanted to know what boobs are like after breastfeeding? Mine were already a 36E before I got pregnant so god knows what they will be like afterwards...

Mine didn't change at all. I fed ds for a year. Gaining and losing weight took much more of a toll on them!

There is a myth that breastfeeding affects your boobs. It's pregnancy that affects boobs so it doesn't matter if you breastfeed or not. Genetics and luck also come into it.

My boobs are nearly back to normal a year after stopping breastfeeding. Of course they're a little saggier but I suspect gravity and age are also starting to play a part.

That's really reassuring, I hope I have a similar experience to you :)

I've heard so many horror stories and just a bit worried, guess I'll never know until I do it.

My back size has gone up but I think that's because the baby pushes your ribs out during pregnancy. Boobs surprisingly almost exactly the same size as before or possibly a tiny bit smaller. My stomach on the other hand has seen better days...

I have bf 3 and mine are just the same as they always were. Not saggy (maybe a tiny bit less perky than pre babies but that might just be passage of time - it's 8 years since I got pg with first). I would say though that it takes a good 6 months if not more post bf for them to return to normal. Immediately after stopping bf were tiny and saggy (like deflated balloons!) but bit by bit they recovered.

I was a 34A pre-feeding. I went up to a D while pregnant and feeding, and have gone to a C post feeding (although only stopped about 6 weeks ago so they may go down more yet), and they are not at all saggy. I fed for 16m.

I have heard the same re it being pregnancy not feeding that changes them - mine certainly grew a lot while pg.
