Help! 9 week old refusing breast after tongue tie division

Hope someone can help me. My daughter had posterior TT and high palate diagnosed last week an had the snip on the spot. I have been breastfeeding as well as expressing and some formula - there's never been any issue with combination feeding like this previously. Now she is starting to refuse the breast (perhaps as I am encouraging deeper latch) and it's really uncomfortable for her. The TT wound reopened yesterday when she was crying and I am starting to think I should just give up on breastfeeding as the TT division hasn't solved the issues we have been having (clicky, small latch, extremely sore and cracked nipples, frequent 2 hr feeds).
I am so bloody fed up and can't stand to see her in pain. What can I do??

You should definitely speak to a midwife or health visitor about this and they should point you in the direction of breast feeding counsellors and support groups. We have a most amazing lady based at our local hospital and I'm sure there'll be something similar near you. x
