Loads of colostrum? Milk can't already have come in can it?

my dd2 was born this morning and has had about 5 dirty nappies (meconium) so far. My breasts feel really full and I had to express off a little for her to latch on. Would this just mean I have lots of colostrum? It can't surely be milk on already can it?
Just wondering really. So far she has fed 4 times and seems very satisfied.

Some boobs fill slowly over days. Some come in like water cannons it seems from asking friends. I have anecdotal notes that say it often comes in faster for 2nd as the body already knows the drill. I'd get big bras fast. Hot milk at figleaves.com do fab ones! X

Dd2 had moved on to ordinary poos by her second day, & I was told my milk was in.

When I had dd took a couple of days for my milk to come in fast forward 2 years to ds1 and he had a proper poo before we left hospital 24 hours after he was born and I had boobs like massive boulders that shot milk out at anyone who dared look at them.
