My DD is teething really badly and with chew on my finger for hours. Problem is towards the end of a feed when she is comforting she is having a good ole chomp and it hurts!!!
How do I teach her not to?

Kellymom has some good info (sorry can't link as on phone)

Best advice I was given was to pay attention (no more mumsnetting while feeding) and to unlatch LO when he stopped feeding properly & starts comfort sucking. I now keep a chew toy next to me and if he looks like he needs a 'chomp' I offer him that for a few mins then try again.

My problem as the moment is that he uses his teeth to latch on iyswim so I get constantly grazed at the start of each feed. Sorry to hijack, but if anyone has any ideas on stopping that I'd appreciate it.

Oh, and crack it now before she gets teeth because it REALLY hurts once the teeth are through!
