Feeding box??!! Thoughts?

Hi, it has been suggested I get a 'feeding box' together full of exciting stuff for my toddler to do whilst I feed the twins. It should be special for feeding time only.
Problem is I am chronically sleep deprived and struggling to come up with creative (& cheap!) ideas of things to put in.
Has anyone done this and have any ideas?

I haven't done it for feeding but DD has had a basket for a while. It has toy cars, fuzzy felts, little books, a toy watch, a little doll, wooden spoons, pop bottle full of rice, one of water and glitter. Basically a whole load of crap. Otherwise what is known on MN as a wanky basket.
