Expressing question

Have started expressing again- is it ok to put more expressed milk into same bottle on same day (expressed at 4am then at 10 - bottle stored in fridge when not expressing).

I do sterilise equipment each time I express

I was told by La Leche League that that is safe and that in fact breast milk stays fresh and sterile much longer than cows milk. Google La Leche League - they are a fantastic breast feeding support group with loads of useful advice and info. good luck.

that's fine. You don't need to sterilise pump every time within a day. Put in a ziploc and chuck in the fridge. So do the 10pm and 4am express, then clean and sterilise (or 4am and then 10am if that way round)
