Hi, wonder if you clued up folks could give me some advice.

I'm 36+3 today, with a very breech baby with not much waters and am due to have a c-sec soon. I breastfed my last two babies and i want to BF this one as soon as is possible, but am unsure if they'll let me in theatre, but obviously this would be best for baby to help regulate her blood sugars too.

Any thoughts?

Hi have just had a c sec for same reason. I was allowed to bf dd as soon as our of theatre (and hold her in meantime) do was feeding about 20 mins post birth. I didn't insist on skin to skin/ bf but know you can. And she is feeding well so my c section fears (after dd1 was slow feeder ) unfounded.

Hi, I had an EMCS and as soon as they stitched me up and wheeled me into recovery, the midwives put DD straight onto me to go on the boob! I was totally knackered but the hospital I was in are very pro-BF.
