Is this a growth spurt, sleep regression or something else.....??

My 20 wo DD has always been a pretty good sleeper, made it through til 6 on the odd occasion but generally wakes up 4/5ish for a feed and then goes back down til 6/7am. But this last week she is very different. She is mainly bf with one bottle for her dream feed. Usually its a real effort to get her to take 4oz but now she is draining a 7oz bottle, then waking at 3, 5 and 6 for more milk. She doesn't seem to be more hungry during the day (i'm feeding around 3 hourly) which makes me doubt its a growth spurt so is it the dreaded sleep regression? She's pretty small and has dropped down her centiles a bit so I'm not bothered about needing to feed her in the night as I figure she needs it but this seems extreme!! Have toyed with the idea of trying her on hungry milk for her bottle but am bit concerned about possible constipation and tummy upsets so any ideas would be gratefully received! Thanks.

When she wakes in the night is she feeding significantly or just a bit? Is she old enought to give some boiled cooled water to yet? Might go back to sleep after some boring water?? She'll be weaning soon won't she? Would it be acceptable to give her a couple if mouthfuls of baby rice or something before bed? It does sound like she's hungrier, but I've heard hungry formula really isn't worth it and doesn't really make much difference...I'm not really that experienced, sorry, but it does sound like a bit of a growth spurt to me. I'm sure she'll be back to her usual self soon.
