Breastfeeding weight loss

How old was your baby when you stopped losing weight breastfeeding I was 120 pre preg and by the time I had her I was 200! I gained like 80 pounds and dropped a whole bunch of it after the first 3 months I lost 50 pounds only have 30 more to go but I'm stuck at 150 I haven't excersized once yet it's all been from breastfeeding but now I'm thinking I'm not so lucky anymore because Iv been stuck at 150 for a month my daughters 4 and a half months now and at 3 months I stopped losing weight but lost 50 so the question is what age was baby when you stopped losing weight bfing and had to excersize and how much did you lose before excersizing

I hadn't lost all of my baby weight untill both of mine where around 10months. I didn't really do anything to try and lose the weight, but with my first I did do a lot of walking as that was one of the few ways she would nap.

I think it varies a lot some women don't lose it all untill they stop feeding others lose it very quikly. I was still feeding both at this age to.

Ya I bought a treadmill cuz I can't walk with her outside it's freezing I can't wait till spring so I can bust out the stroller

Mine was slow to shed until about 4 months, then fell away quickly over the next few months. By a year the weight loss had stalled really, although i was still several pounds heavier than pre-pg. I fed him until 22mo but no further weight loss...

I was still losing at 6mo. I haven't weighed myself since and DD is 10mo now. Head in the sand and don't want to know.

I really want to be back to my old body by summer so I guess I better jump on that treadmill if bfing isn't gonna give me a free ride anymore haha
