Had to go to a work do at a De Vere conference centre the other day and was prepared to express in the toilet. I mentioned it on the off-chance to a receptionist, who whisked me away to show me a room I could use whenever I wanted through the day. Not sure if it was a particularly understanding staff member or company policy. Either way I was v chuffed. I've emailed the company but am still gushing with love for this man so thought I'd mention it here.
