I'm sitting here feeding my 11 month old to sleep and my left breast just above the nipple is really painful, I'm dreading changing sides, it started about half an hour ago. That boob feels warmer than the other but not too full. It's making my toes curl and he's not even feeding from it. What can I do? He's started resting his teeth on me when he feeds but also is very active whilst feeding all day but there's no mark. Please help!

sounds like a potental milk duct inflamation...lay a wearm flannel on it and the gently ease press down from the pain towards the nipple to try and elease blockage of milk.if flu like symptoms appear you need to see gp asap for antibiotics as that would be mastitis
