What will happen to my milk?

DS (11mths) has had a D&V bug since Saturday night. He has been having a lot of breast milk since then. He hasn't been interested in anything else include the electrolytes they prescribed at A&E.
I'm just wondering what will happen when he returns to his normal feeding? Will I need to double pad my bra type thing?

I have recently fed my DD through a bug, she didnt just go from milk monster to normal overnight though, she made a gradual recovery over a couple of days, so that eased the fullness, but i would use pads for a little while. Hope he feels better soon.
