Hi
If you use coilef and formula feed how do you manage it when you go out? I I know I can take out a bottle with water in and add powder but then I have to wait half hour don't I? How does that work as water/formula has to be at the right temp for the enzyme to work? Also if you make it in advance it says you have to keep it in fridge for minimum of 4 hours so if I did that would putting it in a therma bag with ice pack work?? Am so confused about it and would really welcome and help, it's hard to plan my day at the moment because of this, it's ok if going to friends etc but otherwise I'm too confused??
Thanks

Coleif is the best! I was in such a blur, I didn't realise I could get it on prescription until I had bought several bottles - ouch! It is tricky with the waiting and the getting it warm, so I used to take ready made carton with me when out, then I could put the drops in the empty bottle, go out and then add the milk half hour before I needed it, at room temp, it still seemed to work, given half an hour, although I did then warm it up a little - as madam was quite particular! Remember scissors - it's hard biting through an aptamil box!
