I have co-slept and demand fed my DS (now 15 months) and he still seems to be latched on all night. I feel I need to stop night feeding but not sure how. I would love to carry on feeding morning and evening but wonder if this will be possible. He can now say "boob" and asks even in the middle of the night if I take it away. How can I make him realise that its ok at some times of day but not through the night? ANy experience anyone??

I am not sure quite how much you want him to stop because you can take 2 routes and neither is easier than the other.

One is to try and reduce the feeding so when he wants it distract or offer water beaker - in the night this could be difficult

Or go cold turkey which in my experience works better and take it away and only give it when you want. Co-sleeping may make this difficult so perhaps try getting him to his own cot first and then do the stopping of feeds.
