When are the growth spurts?

My DS is 11 weeks - I wondered if anyone cd remind me when the growth spurts and regressions typically are - I can't remember anything from last time round with DD.

There are no specific times for growth spurts - though plenty of people say (with no foundation at all!) that they are at x weeks, y weeks, z weeks.

They can occur at any time with an individual baby.

If growth spurts were generally at any specific time, we'd see spikes in the growth charts, and we don't.
