Constipation...

I have moved my baby who is nearly 5 weeks old onto formula for every feed. He is now constipated and only pooing once a day if that. Any suggestions to help him poo??

Does he seem to be in pain with it? One poo a day in itself is not a sign of constipation, it is perfectly ok to go once a day.
If he is in pain then you can try gently cycling his legs and massaging his tummy in a clockwise direction to encourage him to go.

what formula are you using? Some can constipate more than others. Is the poo hard and dry? If not, then they are not constipated but have just changed the timings between them. From that age my 2 los started pooing every 2 to 3 days but as the poo was still soft they werent constipated.
