How much milk for a 14 month old?

as it says really!
DD is 14 months. Eats really well. Currently having a 7oz bottle of cows milk morning and bedtime. Friend has suggested that should only be having 1 at night, and also that it should be from a cup not a bottle. She drinks water from sippy cups/straw bottles really well. She has her teeth brushed after her night time bottle. What do you think?

about 350 mls (approx 12oz) is recommended from 1 year. We did switch from bottle to cup around 12 months so that ds had a cup of milk either just before or along with breakfast and then a cup of milk before bed.

The reason to switch to cup is because bottles can increase the chance of tooth decay. If your DD is happy to use a cup, then do the switch. If not, then just let her stay with the bottle. There are some children who won't give up the comfort of sucking easily.
