Reflux? Colic? Screaming in pain :-(

I'm having a very hard day, well week actually.

Ds is 3.5 months and ebf. Around 6-10 weeks he had what the Dr called reflux. We only tried one medecine which did sod all (so stopped it) but it seemed to go away by itself.

Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago. DS started being very sick again. This week he is very sick and screaming in pain. Nothing calms him Sad He's even waking up being sick.

Went to Dr yesterday who said it's digestion problems (he poos loads but sometimes does seem to strain although the consistency is normal, slightly liquidy bf poo) and gave us medecine. Started it this morning - unfortunately Ds hates it and cries when given it. So far, no good but it's early days.

I just wanted to vent a bit really. I seem to spend all day changing sick-covered clothes (mine and his) and walking Ds around trying to stop him crying Sad

Is it normal to get this so "late"? I thought colic was "supposed" to stop at 3 months....

What I can't understand is the large gap between bouts. I haven't changed my diet. Is there anything else that could affect him?
