Hi, lookout. There is a good amount of reassuring data about paroxetine and bf - toxnet.nlm.nih.gov/cgi-bin/sis/htmlgen?LACT and www.breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk/drugs-in-breastmilk-information-and-factsheets.html.

The breast feeding network have a pharmacist who specialises in giving advice on whether drugs are safe while BFing, taking into account doses, age of baby etc. You can email the Pharmacist through their website if you'd like further reassurance. (I did this and heard back quickly, certainly within 24 hours).

Thanks both. Tiktok, that link was very useful, and KD0706, the pharmacist got back to me citing the same info as in tiktok's link! I feel reassured.
