Pinching, Scratching and Biting

OK, so my distractable six month old has now started all the above. so on top of a struggle to get her to feed if people are around etc I have to contend with this.

The pinching I pull her hands away, but when she was unlactched earlier I did notice when she pinched milk spurted out, so this could be a way to get more milk and quicker.

The biting I think I have noticed she does when she has had enough and is just playing, but I have put her down - If I yelp 'ow that hurts mummy' she looks at me and smiles!

But the scratching/pinching is the worst, as she does it to my face as well (when not feeding).

Please can you share your tips to stop this?

My DS gave me a feeding necklace for christmas. It is really helping. Also good to use to distract him while nappy changing.
