DS 7 mo refusing EBM and feeding all night...

Just started back at work PT after maternity leave this week. DS (7 mo) is spending half of the time with DH and half with a CM. Until this week, I'd been breastfeeding whilst starting BLW with DH or family giving the occasional bottle of EBM to allow me to catch up on some sleep. He'd always talk a bottle well. He'd never quite slept through the night without a boob (anyway, we were co-sleeping) but he wasn't far off

Both DH and the CM report DS as OK without me (sniff) - however, neither can get him to take more than 3-6oz of EBM throughout the 9 hours I'm away from him. Instead, DS clamps himself to my breast the minute we are reunited, cluster-feeds until midnight and then demands further feeding every 2 hours or so until morning.

DS seems very happy to make up for his daytime lack of feeding at night, but I'm absolutely shattered and would really prefer us both to sleep instead!

Does anyone have any ideas?

This is exactly what my DD did when I went back to work at 7mo. She took at most 60ml of formula or ebm during the day! Bizarrely she would down 60ml in one go at home when I give it to her. She just wants me to feed her be it boob or bottle Sad

She then dropped all her milk during the day at nursery just before 9mo.

She is BLW but eats her solids very well. She got pincer just after 8mo so probably why she has stopped drinking the tiny amounts of milk.

For nights she varies from wake up once only a night to every 3 hours.

It will get better when they eat more solids even if he continues to refuse milk!
