Not sure about the Harcombe... isn't it just weight loss rather than anti-candida?

Her theory is that everyone has something that keeps them craving food, and candida is one of these.

Tbh, any low-carb diet would fit the bill, I think - especially one that cuts out all refined carbs. (says she with a mouthful of sweet coffee. Well-informed addict, here :o)
