My dd is eight months and is going through a no milk week. I was a bit worried until a friend told me that this was normal. I was considering changing her milk to the next stage up formula but hv thinks these are just a marketing ploy. V.v. confused.

My DS (9months) has 6 oz bottle in morning, 5 oz bottle in afternoon, 4 oz bottle late afternoon, 6 oz at bedtime and sometimes 6-7 oz about 11.30 pm. Thats on a good day. Sometimes takes less.

babiesrcool - do you mean put her on 'hungrier' baby formula? or the next one up from that?

To be honest I'm very baffled by it all. I was considering the 6month+ milk so that would be the 3rd stage. Do these make any difference to babies intake?

sorry, no idea. I think it is just a marketing ploy.
