Please forgive me if this has been covered by I have looked and cant see anything. Trying to express so that I can have a break and partner can do late feed so I can get some sleep before the party commences at 3am til Dawn!
How do you freeze milk? In bags? If so do I need to use ice cube trays and then bags- will ziplock bags do (are they sterile)or do I need special bags.
Also how do you defrost it? On the side in a bottle or in the fridge?
How long does it last etc?
