Hi All,
This week DP and I have managed to night wean our 19 month old. DP since sunday night has been in charge of night wakings (in our room), I have been in the spare room. It has been very successful with DS stirring and falling asleep only once last night. (We plan to 'encourage' him to sleep in his own room come spring when the weather is warmer).
We were all co sleeping before so I want to know how long I should wait before I return to our room as I don't want to undo our good work IYSWIM. I am still feeding him during the day. Please share your experiences with me I would really appreciate it. Any tips on how I should approach this, where in the bed I should sleep etc or any other constructive advice would be great.
