EBF - refusing one side

My DD is 22 weeks, and BF, with an occasional expressed bottle.

She seems to pull away from one side (sometimes both when I offer her) - but if I push her on, she takes the feed (although reluctantly, and I dont want to do this in case it will put her off).

Last few weeks she has had some days where she has point blank refused to feed, but will take a bottle?

Tonight she was fussing on both sides, but was clearly fussing, so i tried her lying down on top of me/on my lap facing me (I wonder what this looked like!!).

Can anyone help explain why she would have an aversion to one side, and how to overcome this?

Many thanks

Ds started getting really distractable around this age. Especially on one side as duh he could see out of the window! It was like fussing, I knew he was hungry but he would come on and off, whinge, twist his neck etc.

We ended up having a lot of feeds in darkened bedroom on our own. Feeding when he was sleepy after a nap really helped him just get on with it.
