Hard Breasts/Leaking

Ive been ebf for 7 weeks now. Recently my right breast keeps really filling up and getting very hard between feeds and I keep getting a hard lump by my armpit which goes once I feed. I'm also leaking a lot!! I'm demand feeding (at least every 3 hours during the day though sometimes 6 hours at night). I'm also expressing once per day during the day (around 3oz). Should I be getting up in the night to express as well? Any advice?

i wouldnt get up in night to express.... it will just stimulate your breasts to make even more the next night

Perhaps you could just express one or two drops by hand for your own comfort, rather than expressing a lot, as this will just stimulate your supply more. You could try massaging the lump out in the shower - I've found this works pretty well.
