my 4 week old seems to have a permanent upset tummy.
its always gurgling, tons of gas, and general discomfort as well as green poo.
she also seems unhappy breastfeeding, I have a fast let down and tons of milk and she chokes, pulls on and off, bites my nipple...and never just seems happy and satisfied after a feed. she just winces and cramps up and cries after a feed as well as spitting up a little sometimes.
I don't know what to do to help. She seems to want more breast but then spits up as taken too much and is just always wriggling and fussy.
anyone with experience of this? any suggestions?
